The Dye line begins it's family journey in Chester Co, SC with a likely origination in VA. It passes through Rutherford Co, NC and Cleveland Co, NC and travels into several counties in TN, including:Bradley, Monroe, McMinn, Bledsoe, Sequatchie, Hamilton, Coffee, Bedford , Jackson and finally into the Dunklin Co, MO area. Connecting Tipton, Hamilton, others.
The Boswell line begins it's family journey in Caswell Co, NC and into Giles Co, TN. It includes the Simpson and Pully lines.
The Pully lines came out of Mecklenburg Co, VA.
The Boswell Line resided in Gibson Co, TN in the area that became part of Crockett Co, TN about 1870. When Napoleon Boswell married Lizzy Dye, they removed to Dunklin Co, MO
Connections to the Avery line is strong.
The Swindell line came from Virginia to Hyde Co, NC and resided there for several generations. Job and his new wife, Martha Daniels married in Craven Co, NC removed to Wilson Co, TN , some children removed to Gibson Co, TN where they befriended the Boswell family. The Line eventually spread into Stoddard, Dunklin Co, MO as well as Greene Co, Ar,
Lake Co, TN and Allen Co, KY. Connecting to Hickman, Quinley and others..

The Rice line came out of Virginia and into Caswell Co, NC
where they befriended the Boswell and Simpson Families.
They removed to Wilson Co, TN, connecting there with the Swindle family. Moving into Gibson Co, TN, locating in the area that became Crockett Co, TN. While most of the family remained in this area, the daughter Sarah Ann Rice married John Dye and removed to Dunklin Co, MO.
This Rice line can be found in TX, TN, IL, AR, MO areas.
